Lunch: 2 slices whole grain bread, 4 oz smoked turkey breast, 1 slice Jarlsberg lite cheese, 1 T mustard, 1 peach

Coffee with skim milk

Dinner: Healthy request soup 1 can, 2 slices bread, 2 slices cheese
