Breakfast: 1 pkt instant cranberry oatmeal, 1/2 c strawberries, coffee, 1/2 c skim milk

Lunch:  2 sl wh grain bread, 6 oz tuna, 2 T light mayo

Dinner: frozen burrito (560 cal), 2 Mich ultra lite beers

Exercise: 30 mins bike @ HR > 70% MPHR
