Weight: forgot

Breakfast: 2 n-3 eggs, 1 pkt instant cinnamon oatmeal, 1 cup strawberries, coffee, 1/2 cup skim milk

Lunch: sandwich out, business lunch, some sort of doughy bread with turkey, cheese, bacon, topping, with french fries (high in calories)

Additional large coffee with skim milk

Dinner: skipped, not hungry enough even for the beloved popcorn

OK, tomorrow, back on track & exercise for sure!
