Breakfast: 2 frozen TJ’s blueberry waffles, 2 T maple syrup, 1/2 cup strawberries, coffee with skim milk (1/2 cup for the day)

Lunch: 2 slices whole grain bread, 1 Jarlsberg lite slice, 3 oz roast beef, 1/2 c baby carrots

Dinner: 1/2 cup dry pasta (200 cal), 6 oz prepared chicken (200 cal), 1/4 green pepper, 1/2 slice onion, 1/2 t olive oil, later on some popcorn (140 cal)

    Hey there,

    Are you adding vegetables to you mix? Such as a salad in with dinner, on your sandwhiches? Veggie scramble with your eggs?

    Just wondering. Hope all is going well.

    Sadly, no. It would be ideal to get a bit more vegetation.
