Breakfast: 2 omega-3 eggs, 1 pkt plain instant oatmeal, 1 cup strawberries, honey (1 T)

Snack: balance bar (200 cal)

Dinner out: large steak, potatoes, creamed spinach, caesar salad, some bread, desert with pastry and ice cream, red wine (several glasses), a scotch

Yeah I can pack it in, it was a huge meal even by my standards.

    Well, at least there’s strength in ‘binge’ numbers. I just posted some insight into my little down fall. It’s interesting to be a dieter…but honestly I feel like my drug is food..and I mean that in all sincerity. It’s actually a bit scary to be totally honest with oneself about food and what it means in my life. WOW. I just need to process the fact that it’s a companion and re-evaluate my relationship with it.

    I need to break up with food…
