Weight: 211.0

Breakfast: 4 TJ’s blueberry waffles, 4 T maple syrup, maybe less, 1/2 cup strawberries, coffee, skim milk (1/2 cup for the day) – ran out of eggs and didn’t know it!

Lunch: 2 slices whole grain bread, 1 slice Jarlsberg lite, 3 oz smoked deli turkey, mustard, 1 cup baby carrots

Dinner: TJ’s Chicken Massaman Curry frozen rice bowl (390 cal), Light popcorn later on (1/2 bag, 140 cal)

Exercise: none, tommorow I am planning to go back

Not a bad couple of weeks. Too much salty prepared stuff, and usually more like 4 servings of fruits and vegetables rather than the 5 A Day often recommended. We’ll see where it goes. Planning a blow out tommorow night, honest details of the carnage to follow.
