Breakfast: 2 omega-3 eggs, cooked as always in a non-stick pan with a little spray of Pam, 3 TJ’s frozen blueberry waffles, with 3 T maple syrup, coffee, 1/2 cup skim milk in coffee over the day

Lunch: 2 slices of whole grain bread, 4 oz smoked deli turkey, 1 slice Jarlsberg lite (a Norwegian invention, not Swiss), mustard, 1/2 cup or more of baby carrots

Large coffee with skim milk

Dinner: 1 cup cooked whole wheat shell pasta, 1/2 pkg TJ’s chicken chili verde, 1/4 green pepper, 1/4 tomato, a little onion maybe 1/8, and some hot sauce

Exercise: none, probably until Monday
