Lunch: 2 slices WW bread, 3 oz smoked turkey, 1 sl Jarlsberg lite, mustard, 1 nectarine
Large coffee with skim milk
Dinner: 1/2 cup brown rice, TJ’s prepared teriyaki chicken breast, green beans, 1 cup
