  • 2 n-3 large eggs
  • coffee with skim milk (1/4 c)

Lunch:

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • deli smoked turkey maybe 4oz
  • 1 T brown mustard
  • 1 slice Jarlsberg lite

Dinner

  • 1/2 cup dry orzo
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (60 cal)
  • 1/2 pkg trader joe’s prepared grilled chicken breast

No exercise again
