Starting out Mon 7/21/08

Forgot to weigh myself, will start that tomorrow

Trying to eat reasonable meals in reasonable portions

Breakfast

  • two large n-3 eggs
  • 1 packet instant oatmeal non-sweetened
  • 1/2 c strawberries
  • approx 1 T honey
  • coffee with skim milk (1/4 cup approx)

Lunch

  • 2 slices WW bread
  • 2 slices Jarlsberg lite
  • Deli roast beef – 5 oz approx

Tea with whole milk (3 T), 2 sugar packets

Dinner

  • TJ’s prepared grilled chicken breast
  • 1/2 c dry cous cous
  • 1/2 pkg frozen spinach with powdered ginger and garlic salt

Water to drink, a few 12 oz glasses and a bottle

No exercise today
