Forgot to weigh myself, will start that tomorrow
Trying to eat reasonable meals in reasonable portions
Breakfast
- two large n-3 eggs
- 1 packet instant oatmeal non-sweetened
- 1/2 c strawberries
- approx 1 T honey
- coffee with skim milk (1/4 cup approx)
Lunch
- 2 slices WW bread
- 2 slices Jarlsberg lite
- Deli roast beef – 5 oz approx
Tea with whole milk (3 T), 2 sugar packets
Dinner
- TJ’s prepared grilled chicken breast
- 1/2 c dry cous cous
- 1/2 pkg frozen spinach with powdered ginger and garlic salt
Water to drink, a few 12 oz glasses and a bottle
No exercise today
